POST-APOCALYPTIC WANDERERS

Our story centers around the 2 main characters, Mikey and Jim, who travel around after the collapse of civilization, which was brought on by WW3, the Hamster Flu and Tom Brady retiring. Mikey and Jim are just 2 regular Joe’s trying to survive. Along their wanderings they will reminisce about the way things used to be, what they miss and don’t miss, meet new people, avoid unpleasant situations and the occasional celebrity down on their luck in the new post-apocalyptic world.

Characters

CHARACTER BIOS

MIKEY: 24 years old, former college lacrosse player. He was planning on working at his father’s firm as a stock broker before the EOTW. Coasted through life and figures things will all work out. Was an Eagle Scout and went to a sleep-over summer camp as a kid, so has some of the skills they need; making fire, knowing east from west, making a dream catcher. Got laid like carpeting in college.

JIM: 24 years old. Has known Mikey since childhood. Not as manly as Mikey, but maybe 20 IQ points higher. Not as sure that things will work out. Relies of Mikey for the manlier stuff but pulls his weight. Was majoring in film in college, and knows a lot of trivia. Sees the irony in life. Can run faster than Mikey. Took 2 years of karate at the boys club and has a yellow belt, so in a fight he knows how to kick to the groin effectively. He was a tenor in the college glee club. Still a virgin. Saving himself for Mrs. Right…or any girl willing to go all the way.

FLUFFY: Mikey and Jim’s dog companion. He’s been hit with major doses of radiation which gives him super powers and the ability to speak.
